Our hams and our salami are fantastic ! As all our products, they come from a long farming tradition, lightyears away from industrial techniques.

You can taste:

• traditional salami
• salamino (tiny salami !)
• pork loin
• sheep salami
• raw ham of the Carso
• ossocollo (special sausage made of pork)
• sucking pig

... needless to say, all these delights are accompanied by homemade hot bread, just baked in our oven.
